TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE – HATZIS Travel Agency M.I.C.E.

2. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via online form, email, telephone, or directly at our office. A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us and the relevant payments/deposits have been made as applicable.

3. Payments & Pricing
All listed prices include applicable taxes (including VAT) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change until payment completion due to supplier increases (e.g., hotels, airlines). To confirm a booking, a deposit or full payment is required according to the specific instructions provided.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
In case of cancellation, any refund will be made according to the terms applicable to each service or supplier (e.g., hotel, transfers, carriers). Refunds may be subject to cancellation fees or supplier charges.

5. Liability & Insurance
The agency acts as an intermediary service provider between you and our partners (hotels, airlines, logistics). We are not liable for force majeure, delays, schedule changes, or services not directly provided by us, though we make every effort to inform you promptly and accurately.

6. Traveler Responsibilities
The traveler must provide accurate and valid information at the time of booking and notify the agency of any changes. Any additional service, request, or special preference must be communicated in advance to be taken into account.

7. Personal Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Personal Data Protection / GDPR Policy, ensuring confidentiality and security. This information is used solely to provide and manage the services you requested.

8. Acceptance of Terms
By confirming any booking or service, you fully accept these terms and conditions, which may be modified or updated by the agency with prior notice.
